The Role

We are on the lookout for an IT Infrastructure Engineer specializing in RMA & Hardware Diagnostics to take charge of advanced hardware troubleshooting and manage the RMA lifecycle within our production data center environments. This position acts as the escalation point for intricate server and firmware-related challenges that affect system reliability and fleet availability.

Your responsibilities will encompass performing comprehensive diagnostics on enterprise server platforms, executing structured root cause analyses, validating defective components, and overseeing the entire warranty replacement process with OEM vendors. This technical role is pivotal in enhancing hardware reliability, SLA performance, and operational scalability.

This position is on-site in one of our data centers, where you will work closely with L1/L2 technicians, infrastructure engineers, and vendors to mitigate repeat failures and elevate the overall hardware quality across our fleet.
