The Corporate function comprises five teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance, collaborating effectively to drive Voodoo’s success.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks, including preparing computers for new hires and resolving software and hardware issues.
Your mission is to ensure that IT Services provides an exceptional employee experience in terms of support, deployment, infrastructure, and daily IT operations.
You will maintain essential IT systems and operations, encompassing operating systems, security tools, and applications.
You will be tasked with tracking and managing hardware and software inventory.
You will ensure the functionality of meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
You will update and document existing IT procedures.
You will contribute to IT projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
You are enthusiastic about IT and technology, bringing proven experience in a similar capacity or within a fast-paced environment.
You have a modern approach to IT management, including familiarity with Cloud services, SaaS, and Google Workspace.
You excel in providing outstanding customer service and possess strong communication skills in both English and French.
You are adept at identifying recurring issues and exploring opportunities for automation.
Experience with AI tools or technologies is an advantage.
