Your mission will be to ensure a swift and effective experience for both candidates and leaders, contributing to attracting talent that aligns with our culture and strategic objectives.
Your Key Challenges
Operational Recruitment Management
Post job vacancies on various job boards and professional networks.
Screen and pre-select candidates based on defined profiles.
Coordinate interviews and psychometric tests.
Keep the candidate database and progress reports updated.
Stakeholder Engagement
Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
Provide candidate follow-up during the process.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
Suggest improvements in selection tools and workflows.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction.
What We Seek in You
Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment processes for technology profiles (mandatory).
Knowledge of ATS tools and job portals.
Intermediate level of English (desirable).
Proactive, curious attitude with a desire to learn .
