Your Key Challenges

Operational Recruitment Management
- Post job vacancies on various job boards and professional networks.
- Screen and pre-select candidates based on defined profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and psychometric tests.
- Keep the candidate database and progress reports updated.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
- Provide candidate follow-up during the process.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
- Suggest improvements in selection tools and workflows.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction.

What We Seek in You

Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
