Operational Management of Recruitment
- Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.
- Screen and pre-select candidates according to defined profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and psychometric tests.
- Keep the candidate database and progress reports up to date.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
- Provide support to candidates throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
- Propose enhancements to selection tools and workflows.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts.

A background in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
