Your Mission on Board
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and effective experience for candidates and leaders, contributing to attracting talent that aligns with our culture and strategic objectives.
Your Key Challenges
Operational Management of Recruitment
Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.
Screen and pre-select candidates based on defined profiles.
Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments.
Keep the candidate database and progress reports updated.
Stakeholder Engagement
Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
Provide follow-up to candidates throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
Suggest improvements in selection tools and workflows.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes for technology profiles (mandatory).
Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals.
Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
Proactive, curious attitude with a willingness to learn .
