Your Key Challenges

Operational Management of Recruitment
- Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.
- Screen and pre-select candidates based on defined profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments.
- Keep the candidate database and progress reports updated.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
- Provide follow-up to candidates throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
- Suggest improvements in selection tools and workflows.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction.

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
