Overview:
Agile Defense is seeking an IT Requirements Analyst to provide crucial support for a federal client’s national security initiatives. The Analyst will play a key role in aligning IT services with operational requirements and priority programs. This is an exempt position.

Clearance:
· Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance at the time of application and be able to complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph exam if a successful CI Poly has not been recorded in the last five years.

Responsibilities:
· The selected candidate will provide essential IT support for a priority national security program, including:
o Assisting in the user requirements process by collecting, identifying, defining, aggregating, conceptualizing, and prioritizing both strategic and immediate needs.
o Documenting detailed business and functional user requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems, aimed at evaluating legacy systems and processes for potential cloud migration.
o Conducting regular assessments of technical systems and monitoring development efforts to evaluate risks, ensure alignment with current technology trends, and identify improvement opportunities for cost savings and system optimization.
o Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to manage the collection, tracking, and analysis of user requirements.
