Qualifications

Communicate effectively and courteously with users facing technical issues. Possess a solid understanding of local networks and the Internet. Enjoy exploring and disassembling devices to enhance your knowledge. Are comfortable with soldering damaged wires. Exhibit strong teamwork skills: open to diverse perspectives and able to support your viewpoints with logical reasoning. Are eager to grow professionally and learn new technologies and methodologies. Take pride in your work. Have prior experience in IT Helpdesk Support. Fluency in English is a must. We'd be especially excited if you:Are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues. Can rapidly devise solutions while assisting users remotely.
