About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will provide exceptional pre-sales technical support to our sales team. You will engage directly with customers, serving as the subject matter expert in customer experience management and Quantum Metric's solutions. Your role will involve delivering product demonstrations that effectively address customer challenges and highlight our industry-leading customer experience management solutions. Throughout the sales process, you will lead proof of concepts, showcasing Quantum Metric's capacity to meet and surpass customer expectations, often within their production environments.
