The Team
Our Japan office is enhancing its offshore engineering services by leveraging development centers in Vietnam and India, creating a global delivery framework that prioritizes both quality and cost efficiency.
The Role
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Business Analyst to join our project team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between our Japanese clients and offshore delivery teams, analyzing business and system requirements while supporting the entire project lifecycle. A technical background or familiarity with IT systems will be a significant advantage.
- Collaborate closely with Japanese clients to gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese stakeholders and offshore technical teams in Vietnam and India.
- Assist project managers with requirement tracking, change management, and test planning.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Participate in system walkthroughs, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
- Prepare bilingual documentation in Japanese and English.
