Key Responsibilities
Drive project success by managing planning, quality assurance, deadlines, and financial aspects while maintaining the high standards of our services.
Oversee all project components, including proposals, contract negotiations, Project Work Plans (scope, fees, hours, schedule, budget), and finalize agreements in collaboration with project teams.
Effectively plan, organize, and manage project staff workloads.
Monitor project costs to ensure delivery within budget constraints.
Review and verify invoice charges for accuracy, coordinate billing with the Accounting Department, and follow up on outstanding invoices as necessary.
Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including project completion percentages and projections.
Proactively address and resolve all project-related issues.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
The offered salary will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, education, and work location.
