Your Impact in this Role
Your efforts will be at the forefront of Malcom Finance’s growth within the assigned market. Through your work, you will assist transportation and logistics companies in gaining immediate access to financing, stabilizing cash flow, and expanding without delays caused by invoice payment terms. Your deals will significantly affect our clients' operations and the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients (both cold and warm leads)
• Convert incoming leads into closed deals
• Develop and nurture partnerships within the assigned market (CZ or SK)
• Engage with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers in logistics and other B2B sectors
• Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, risk, product, finance, legal)
• Continuously monitor the market for new opportunities and business directions.
Qualifications and Background
• Basic experience in B2B sales (e.g., junior sales, account management, inside sales)
• Experience in finance, logistics, or fintech is an advantage but not mandatory
• Familiarity with client acquisition or proactive outreach is preferred
• More important than the length of experience is a strong commercial mindset, drive, and a desire to achieve results.

• Strong commercial and business acumen with a focus on delivering value to clients
• Solid understanding of financial principles, cash flow management, and B2B sales models
• An ownership mindset—comfortable taking responsibility for results and decisions
• Ability to ask the right questions, handle objections, and lead sales negotiations
• Capable of clearly communicating the value of solutions and effectively presenting products
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing and changing fintech environment.
