Our expert safety team collaborates with clients from diverse industries to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. This position reports directly to our Senior Safety & Health Manager in Latham, NY.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills to effectively partner with our clients' management teams, safety personnel, and labor forces to uphold on-site safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and review safety programs, policies, and procedures
Conduct Daily Toolbox Talks
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on corrective actions
Develop Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses
Collaborate with management and labor to identify and rectify unsafe practices and conditions
Participate in safety and management meetings
Oversee construction activities including excavation, steel erection, electrical work, elevated work (fall protection), LOTO procedures, etc.
