This position is for an independent contractor real estate salesperson.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in new business development through outreach, including making over 60 cold calls daily, attending client meetings, and participating in industry events
- Consulting with clients to help them achieve their investment real estate objectives, focusing on valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Preparing detailed analyses of client properties, such as Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research
- Staying informed about local market trends and industry developments
- Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
- Building new client relationships and networking with industry professionals
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
- Participating in top-tier training and ongoing professional development workshops
