Your Responsibilities as an Expert at Van Breda Advisory
Deliver personalized advice to clients and their networks (accountants, family) in:
- Maximizing and realizing the sale value of their business.
- Conducting indicative valuations of companies.
- Guiding entrepreneurs and professionals through the (familial) transfer and M&A processes.
- Engaging the most suitable external specialists or mediators when necessary.
Provide tailored advice and clearly articulate various options to clients.
Develop customized solutions by considering financial, fiscal, legal, and familial implications.
Maintain strong relationships with account managers in your region, supporting them in developing their skills in Transfer & Continuity.
Help expand the network of professional advisors and mediators, serving as a source of new knowledge and external partners for client referrals.
Organize and manage your work while closely monitoring developments in your field.
Deliver presentations to prospects, clients, and external advisors.
