Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate HR & Culture Intern to join our People Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support HR in collecting and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Organize team-building activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain HR communication channels, keeping employees informed about engagement initiatives.
- Support the organization of onboarding programs to enhance the experience of new hires.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to encourage inclusion and diversity within the organization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
