We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to take charge of our core research workflow and help establish a dedicated product team to create 0-1 add-on products. This individual contributor role will involve managing daily product execution, collaborating closely with Customer Success, users, engineering, and design teams on specifications and trade-offs, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring frequent product launches. The ideal candidate will have substantial opportunities for growth into a leadership position as our company expands.
What you’ll do
Lead the roadmap and execution for the core research workflow.
Engage closely with Customer Success and users to identify workflows, pain points, and define what excellence looks like.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to prioritize, scope, and expedite shipments.
Drive QA and release readiness through testing plans, bug triage, launch checklists, and iteration strategies.
Maintain alignment among stakeholders (founders, engineering, design, Customer Success) through effective, high-impact communication.
Participate in sales and Customer Success calls to demonstrate the product and new features, clearly articulate capabilities, and translate customer needs into product priorities.
What success looks like
Increased shipping velocity (more high-quality releases and faster iteration loops); our aim is to launch one major new feature each week.
Improved adoption of new features and modules (ensuring users discover, utilize, and continue using them).
Enhanced customer responsiveness (faster feedback leading to clearer decisions and timely shipping of fixes and improvements).
