More DetailsED is currently enhancing its Business Development Department to undertake diverse missions worldwide, spanning various geographical and technological domains.The organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Business Development Manager to work at its Marousi, Athens office and lead a team of three professionals.The successful candidate will play a vital role in the senior management team and will have ample opportunities for career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the group's project and product offerings, technologies, and capabilities, while staying updated on industry trends.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals.Contribute to shaping the group’s commercial and business development strategy across various sectors.Manage multiple client accounts and analyze international tender opportunities in the IT sector.Create persuasive bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses for digital transformation and software solutions.Oversee the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.Work closely with technical teams to grasp the technical vision and translate complex information into clear, compelling proposals that demonstrate business value.Manage resources and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.Draft, consolidate, and review both commercial and technical documents.Ensure adherence to client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and best practices for increased efficiency.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase ED’s capabilities and expand its professional network.Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to enhance the overall business development function.
