Requirements:3 to 10 years of experience as a program, project, or management analyst supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, or similar technical field. Alternatively, an Associate’s degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience may be accepted. In the absence of a degree, 4 additional years of experience may suffice. Experience in program management, Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership, or operational fleet experience in conjunction with program management cost, schedule, and performance. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with large, diverse teams. Strong skills in customer relations, analytics, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in preparing program-level briefs. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Program/Project/Management Analyst, you will collaborate with team members to support a Navy program at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax). Your analytical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical methods to assess program/project objectives.
  • Analyze requirements, project status, budgets, and schedules.
  • Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisitions.
  • Monitor program/project progress and timelines.
  • Implement government-established processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
