Role Overview: Junior Account Executive (Lisbon)
Pipedrive is looking for two Junior Account Executives to join our Lisbon office. These roles focus on supporting our growth in European markets. The main responsibility: help convert trial users into paying customers. This includes engaging with prospects, running product demos, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
What You Will Do
- Engage with trial users to understand their needs and guide them toward becoming paying customers
- Deliver clear, helpful product demonstrations
- Support new customers during onboarding to ensure a positive start
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to meet conversion targets
- Gain exposure to sales development across other EMEA regions
