Additionally, you will have opportunities to partner with various teams across Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure collective success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within your portfolio to expand accounts through upselling, onboarding new entities and teams, and enhancing product capabilities in line with customer needs.Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to grasp their strategic goals and identify potential growth opportunities.Employing MEDDICC (or a similar framework) to rigorously assess upsell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure quality outcomes.
