Your Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will cultivate your own portfolio of business owners, guiding them through their financial journeys with iwoca. Your contributions will be vital to both iwoca's financial success and the positive experiences of our customers. From independent hair salons to established dental practices, you will ensure our clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Assist: Guide new customers through their application journey, simplifying complex processes and identifying the ideal financial solutions to meet their business goals.

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Act as Customer Advocate: Serve as the internal advocate for our customers, providing valuable feedback to our product and tech teams to foster continuous innovation and keep us ahead of the competition.

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Utilize your understanding of business dynamics to help clients maximize their potential while keeping them informed of new opportunities and product advancements.

  • Collaborate: Engage with an international, cross-functional team to enhance our processes and contribute to our scaling mission.
