Join Our Team as a (Junior) Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Salure, your mission is to identify organizations that could benefit from our services and to devise effective strategies to engage them.

For instance, if you notice a company has a job opening for a payroll administrator, you can reach out with a solution: we can handle their payroll entirely.

You are the one who sees these opportunities and initiates conversations.

Your Responsibilities

You will focus on discovering and nurturing new client relationships. This involves proactively identifying potential clients, devising effective contact strategies, and following up on leads that have already expressed interest.

Specifically, you will:

  • Identify organizations where Salure can provide value

  • Devise strategies to reach out to these organizations

  • Actively engage potential clients

  • Follow up on warm leads

  • Schedule appointments for our sales team

  • Track leads and activities in Hubspot

If there is a good fit, you will arrange a meeting with our sales team, allowing them to take the lead in the sales process while you continue to generate new opportunities.
