About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-achieving Junior Chief of Staff to support our CEO. This position is tailored for a proactive individual who is eager to delve into the inner workings of a rapidly growing startup. If you have a history of stepping up, whether as the president of multiple clubs, a team captain, or the go-to person in critical situations, you may be the perfect fit.

This role is not for those who simply check boxes. We need an individual with practical intelligence, capable of navigating ambiguity, foreseeing potential hurdles, and driving projects to completion before issues arise. You will act as the air traffic controller for the CEO’s responsibilities, transform complex data into compelling narratives, and be a cornerstone of our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive assigned projects to completion, ensuring accountability among stakeholders and eliminating obstacles.
  • Draft pivotal communications, conduct research for informed decision-making, and create executive reports.
  • Transform rough concepts into polished, board-ready presentations with minimal revisions.
  • Manage communication channels, screen calls, and serve as the liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in leadership meetings by preparing materials, documenting minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation) and oversee planning for company retreats and team gatherings.
  • Maintain records, manage data, and support overall operational efficiency.

About Total Life
