Responsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories. Prepare Business Requirements Documents as needed. Create and manage comprehensive documentation. Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure goal alignment. Prepare UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals, and training materials. Requirements:Experience with Agile/Scrum Framework. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
