Role overview
The Junior-Mid IT System Administrator will play a key part in delivering IT services to end-users and support staff, focusing on a Lithuanian-based loan and credit management platform. This position acts as a main contact for users, providing 2nd level application support and ensuring incidents and service requests are handled promptly and effectively. The role is open to candidates based in Lithuania.
What you will do
- Manage Workplace Services infrastructure to keep end-user hardware and applications running smoothly.
- Provide timely support to resolve incidents and maintain service quality.
- Oversee first-level Service Desk operations, including preparing documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of IT solutions.
- Actively identify areas for improvement, anticipate issues, and independently drive enhancements within Workplace Services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT second-level support and end-user assistance (international experience is a plus).
- Ability to quickly learn and support complex business applications and services.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including O365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration (user, service, and resource management).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune administration, especially endpoint management and policy configuration.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), including macOS administration.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory services focused on user and access management.
- Knowledge of IT security principles for end-user applications and workplace environments.
