Teltonika’s telematics division in Kaunas develops and manufactures GPS tracking devices used in fleet management for industries such as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, and construction. The team applies new technologies to address practical challenges and continues to advance standards in the telematics sector.
The Junior/Mid-Level Projects Solutions Engineer position is part of the OBD Program team. This role focuses on growing technical skills, gaining product knowledge, and helping to enhance the OBD program’s features and performance.
Main responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex HelpDesk tickets that require detailed technical analysis, collaborating with cross-functional specialists and escalating to R&D or other teams when necessary.
- Take part in program sprint planning and team discussions to drive progress.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to make the OBD Program more efficient and user-friendly.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and create internal knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance system performance.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and service levels remain high.
Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with IoT, industrial devices, or embedded systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams.
- Familiarity with HelpDesk systems and ticket management workflows.
- Understanding of digital and analog input/output functions is considered a plus.
