Role overview

The Junior Producer manages the quality, logistics, and delivery of a variety of production projects. This includes visual, film, and digital work. The role involves partnering with creative teams to understand concepts, execution needs, and timelines, as well as selecting production partners that fit within budget. Junior Producers play a key part in bringing creative ideas to life, especially during the execution phase, and are responsible for keeping projects on track and within budget while solving challenges as they arise.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute production projects.
Work with account teams to identify video needs, develop engaging video concepts and proposals, and present ideas to both account teams and clients.
