About the Role
We are excited to welcome a Junior Product Manager to our expanding product team at Jumo. In this dynamic position, you will take charge of product features and initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and influence the strategic trajectory of our product offerings. With a solid grasp of product development methodologies, you will be poised to drive impactful results while enhancing your leadership and strategic acumen. This is a remote role that reports directly to the Head of Products & Core.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle of features or products, from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iterative improvements.
- Roadmap Development: Contribute to the shaping and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with customer research teams to conduct user studies, gather insights, and analyze data to identify customer pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
- Execution & Delivery: Draft clear product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and guarantee timely, high-quality delivery alongside development teams.
- Metrics & Analytics Monitoring: Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and leverage data to guide decision-making, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, product modifications, and outcomes.
Your Qualifications
- 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in a technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex user needs into straightforward, scalable product solutions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with engineers (coding skills are not required).
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team within a fast-paced setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech sector.
- Background in UX design, data analysis, or software development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and SQL.
