As a Business Developer, you will join our Real Estate team, focusing on acquiring new assets. Your primary mission will be to identify new opportunities for real estate partnerships in the Flemish market by locating property owners (lessors, developers, investment funds) with underutilized parking spaces. BePark offers real estate stakeholders the opportunity to enhance their assets, reduce vacancies, and integrate innovative mobility services through our technological solutions. Your responsibilities include:Active Prospecting: Identify and contact property owners and asset managers, with a specific focus on the Flemish market. Lead Qualification: Analyze the potential of identified parking spaces and understand the challenges faced by owners to propose the most suitable BePark solution. Network Expansion: Open doors to new strategic accounts to feed the pipeline of Senior Business Developers. CRM Management: Maintain thorough records of interactions and the progress of your opportunities. Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends and developments.

Our goal: to build a network of mobility hubs in major cities across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Currently, our team of 50 professionals manages over 500 parking locations and supports a community of more than 16,000 active users.

To support our growth and strengthen our Expansion department, we are seeking a Junior Business Developer to enhance our Real Estate operations in the Flemish market, under a contract leading to a permanent position starting April 2026.
