Junior Workplace & Front Desk Agent – 32h/week (f/m/d)

Zenjob SE is looking for a Junior Workplace & Front Desk Agent to join the Berlin office. This part-time position (32 hours per week) centers on creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for both employees and visitors.

Role overview

This role is the first point of contact at the front desk, representing Zenjob to guests, applicants, and colleagues. Daily tasks focus on keeping the workspace running smoothly and maintaining a positive atmosphere for everyone in the office.

What you will do

• Front Desk Representation: Greet guests, applicants, and employees at reception and respond to all office inquiries.
• Front Desk Administration: Manage packages and deliveries, process mail, and handle ticket and email communications to resolve questions efficiently.
• Workplace Oversight: Monitor office and refreshment supplies, place orders when needed, and ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are tidy and ready for use.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with IT, Marketing, Facility Management, cleaning services, and suppliers. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Standards & Safety: Maintain office standards and contribute to workplace safety initiatives to support a secure and comfortable environment.
• Culture & Events Support: Assist in organizing events and activities that strengthen workplace culture.
