Role Overview
The Key Account Executive at Smartcat is a senior, revenue-generating position tasked with establishing multi-million ARR relationships with our most promising enterprise clients while also targeting select new enterprise accounts with significant expansion prospects.
This is not a traditional account management role. It is a hunter-expander position that demands urgency, executive presence, commercial acumen, fluency in AI business applications, and strong integrity.
You will:
- Expand relationships with existing enterprise clients into multi-departmental, multi-workflow, global partnerships.
- Drive acquisition of a select group of high-value new accounts with a proactive approach.
- Engage in executive-level discussions concerning AI value, governance, ROI, and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely as a strategic revenue leader with Field Delivery Engineers (FDE), Customer AI Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
This position directly contributes to driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion ARR, and Smartcat's growth towards $100M+ ARR.
