Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture an existing client portfolio with a strong emphasis on account retention and growth. Oversee and support large-scale interior landscaping projects, collaborating with both internal and external operations and design teams. Identify client needs and opportunities to enhance sales through customized solutions. Develop and sustain robust strategic relationships within major accounts. Prepare client-focused proposals that include product, service, and cost options. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing issues promptly and escalating as necessary. Maintain accurate customer records across company systems. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable insights to management. Required Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in B2B Account Management, preferably within a service-oriented sector. Ability to manage a sales territory effectively while prioritizing a diverse client base. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. High self-motivation and capability to work independently. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
