About the Team: The Oil & Gas team is dedicated to driving the growth of offline transactions and user engagement within the Oil and Gas sector at Paytm.

About the Role: As a Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with business partners to understand and manage programs for clients and brands. Your focus will be on accelerating core growth metrics, specifically sales and distribution. You will provide direction and support to a team, ensuring that projects are completed effectively and efficiently while maximizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Foster a culture of success and continuous achievement.
- Recruit and develop a new team to support expanding business needs and upcoming projects.
- Define the optimal sales force structure and coordinate training programs that empower staff to meet sales objectives.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Establish sales processes that yield desired outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage merchants by educating them on the benefits of EDC machines, converting them into clients, and managing their accounts.

Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking, or EDC sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage and execute a sales strategy effectively.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:
