What You'll Do:Key Account / Customer ManagementFoster long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Respond promptly to evolving customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Oversee customer accounts to maintain good credit status and facilitate effective cash collections. Implement strategies to prevent contract terminations and boost customer retention. Achieve Key Accounts KPIs through dedicated efforts. Facilitate seamless communication between customers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Ensure adherence to standardized processes, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies as needed. Advocate for our products and services to meet customer demands. Address customer complaints urgently and in line with company policies. People ManagementConduct regular Key Account alignment meetings to ensure team cohesion. Communicate company objectives and policies effectively among the Key Account team. Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams and managers. Engage in continuous self-improvement through professional development opportunities. Credit ManagementDrive cash collection efforts to meet Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets. Ensure customer credit remains within business guidelines. Promote team compliance with established credit management policies. Customer Care ServiceDeliver outstanding customer service according to the Customer Contact Strategy. Build strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face engagement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to provide strategic solutions for customers.
