As a Key Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with top-tier clients, playing a crucial role in ensuring and expanding the success of our existing customers. If you are eager to actively participate in the energy transition and make a real impact, we look forward to meeting you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of strategic key accounts, overseeing their smooth onboarding and continual growth while maximizing their business value from our platform.
- Build robust, trustworthy relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders, positioning our solutions in line with their core value drivers.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, qualifying them commercially and developing win-win proposals with clear business cases.
- Address complex, business-critical issues faced by B2B clients with substantial electricity budgets in a pragmatic and results-oriented manner.
- Act as the central point of contact, orchestrating collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations while clearly representing the customer perspective in a prioritized, actionable manner.
- Utilize existing customer success tools (playbooks, QBR templates, automations) effectively, enhancing and applying them consistently in your customer management.
- Ensure excellent key account handling, strong relationship management, and commercial accountability within your own portfolio.
