1. 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales.2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a 211 or 985 university is preferred.3. Familiarity with technical parts and distribution channels is advantageous.4. Proficiency in English reading and writing; good speaking and listening skills preferred.5. Experience with ERP/SAP systems and strong data analysis capabilities.6. Sales-driven, adept at problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and possess strong negotiation skills.

1. Set and negotiate annual targets and contracts.
2. Manage monthly and yearly sales turnover negotiations to ensure timely payments.
3. Conduct market visits and analysis to assist customers in channel penetration and business growth.
4. Oversee customer product portfolio management and planning.
5. Track sales for customer sell-in/sell-out and stock levels.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet customer credit, logistics, and process requirements.
7. Arrange market training activities.
8. Develop and secure new business opportunities within the vehicle specialist channel.
9. Foster strong relationships with customers.
