Role Overview
The IT Support team in Kyiv is hiring an L1 Support Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
- Work hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Kyiv time)
- Work format: On-site
What You Will Do
- Handle ServiceDesk requests: manage, prioritize, classify, and escalate tickets to L2 following SLA guidelines.
- Prepare equipment and set up workspaces for new employees, including OS and software installation.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot both hardware and software.
- Maintain workstations: update systems, replace components, and perform routine technical maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair PCs, and coordinate service maintenance as needed.
- Support peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and conference systems.
- Keep accurate records of issued and returned equipment for asset management.
What We Look For
- Solid understanding of PC hardware and general computer technology.
- Administrative-level experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceDesk systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, and configuring network equipment).
- Experience setting up and supporting peripheral devices.
- English at A2 level or above.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Disciplined, reliable, and collaborative team player.
