The Role

We are seeking a Datacenter L2 IT Technician to effectively troubleshoot and resolve data center IT hardware issues. This full-time position operates during the day shift and requires a technical expert adept in various technical and operational domains.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting complex hardware-related issues involving servers with advanced diagnostic skills.
  • Managing hardware problems, creating workarounds, and implementing solutions.
  • Proactively addressing L1/L2 tasks via the ticketing system.
  • Updating processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
  • Collaborating with L3 Technicians to enhance SLA through complex diagnostics.
  • Improving support processes, documentation, and training materials.
  • Handling basic network tasks, troubleshooting, and support.
