GoldSim, a Datacor company and a leader in engineering modeling applications for water resources and environmental systems, is on the lookout for a proactive and technically adept Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Application Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our engineering users across various sectors. GoldSim facilitates informed decision-making and risk analysis by simulating future performance while quantitatively addressing the uncertainties and risks associated with complex systems. Your key responsibilities include foreseeing and resolving technical and functional challenges that users encounter with our software. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining user documentation, marketing materials, and training resources, collaborating closely with the development team on bug fixes, testing, and ensuring user feedback is integrated into the product development process.
