Role overview
The Lead Case Manager supervises a team of five case managers and manages a portfolio of about 50 high-value cases. This position reports to the Pre-Suit Attorney and works closely with Trial Attorneys to move cases forward during litigation.
Main responsibilities

Team management
- Lead and mentor five case managers, providing guidance and support for strong performance.
- Hold regular team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and organize training to encourage professional growth.
- Monitor dashboards to track progress and keep cases moving on schedule.

Case management
- Oversee approximately 50 high-value cases, ensuring thorough and timely handling from intake through litigation.
- Apply strategies that improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Track case deadlines and timelines, resolving issues or delays as they arise.

Communication and collaboration
- Act as the primary contact between the Case Management team and the Pre-Suit Attorney, providing regular updates on case status.
- Work with Trial Attorneys to support smooth litigation and case transitions.
