What You Will Do
As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will take technical leadership of the Electrical Engineering team. You will be the main point of contact for project managers, Project Lead Engineers, and other departments, ensuring that project execution and other tasks proceed smoothly, systematically, and to high-quality standards.
In addition to your daily technical responsibilities, you will coordinate and mentor the team: motivating, supporting, and developing employees according to their needs. You will guide junior engineers in their development, enabling them to work independently and confidently. For senior engineers, you will assign challenging projects and opportunities to deepen and expand their expertise.
Your involvement will span the daily project execution, from designing electrical schematics to reviewing designs and commissioning systems. At the same time, you will maintain oversight to ensure deadlines, quality requirements, and internal standards are met.
A key part of your role will be the continuous improvement of all processes within the department. You will analyze and optimize workflows and practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration, fostering a culture of learning and improvement where both individual and team growth is prioritized.
