Role Overview

As the End User Product Solutions Lead at EliseAI, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support for users navigating significant life events, such as applying for an apartment or managing lease renewals. While our AI system addresses basic inquiries, your team of dedicated Product Solutions Analysts will provide the essential human connection for more complex issues.

In this pivotal role, you will establish the standards for user support, leveraging your in-depth product expertise, technical skills, and leadership abilities to guide a team of 5+ analysts in delivering empathetic and efficient assistance at every turn. As the primary escalation point for intricate user challenges, you will oversee quality and operational benchmarks, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and internal teams to resolve recurring issues and enhance our platform. A background in fintech or consumer financial services is highly desirable due to the financial and housing contexts of our users.
