Strong judgment on trade-offs: knowing what to automate versus keep manual, how to prevent brittle workflows, and how to maintain high-quality processes.

About the role

Join Antimetal as a Lead GTM Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) system. This is a pivotal role focused on building and optimizing our processes to drive growth.

In this position, you will design workflows and automation that enhance both outbound and inbound operations, ensuring our CRM and pipeline remain organized and efficient. You will create the infrastructure necessary for our small team to function with the effectiveness of a much larger organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire GTM system: outline architecture for CRM, enrichment, sequencing, routing, and automation.

  • Develop and manage an automated outbound engine, encompassing list generation, enrichment, personalization fields, sequencing, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Lead inbound orchestration efforts: manage routing, speed-to-lead, handoffs, follow-ups, and ensure smooth conversion of inbound leads into the pipeline.

  • Empower BDR execution through systems, workflows, and playbooks that boost throughput and quality.

  • Oversee daily RevOps operations with a focus on reliability: maintain pipeline stages, core fields, process discipline, and data hygiene.

  • Create streamlined reporting that enhances performance visibility and supports prioritization and iterative improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and founders to translate strategic goals into actionable systems and implement improvements swiftly.

  • Assist in growth experiments that benefit from automation or systems enhancements, ensuring they are measurable and repeatable.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Growth Ops, or GTM Engineering, with proven ownership of systems facilitating pipeline creation and conversion.

  • Strong familiarity with tools and systems: experience implementing, debugging, and maintaining workflows across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and automation tools.

  • Excellent judgment regarding trade-offs: determining what to automate versus what to manage manually, avoiding fragile workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency.
