As we strive to accelerate our growth further, we are looking to expand our Content team with a dynamic Content Operations Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is enthusiastic about developing and distributing clinical tools while contributing to a business with unmatched reach to healthcare providers.

The Role

The Content Operations Lead will play a crucial role in managing the clinical content team and will be responsible for aligning internal projects with external partnerships to enhance the integration of MDCalc into clinicians' workflows. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will coordinate activities across diverse teams, including clinician informaticists, editorial board members, and scientific advisory board members, in addition to engaging in strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding MDCalc's clinical content offerings, bolstering external partnerships, and increasing clinician engagement.
  • Coordinate the clinical review of content products, ensuring they meet accuracy, relevance, and best practice standards.
  • Manage Communications:
    • Internal: Prioritize and screen incoming communications, draft and proofread executive correspondence, and act as a liaison across internal departments.
    • External: Facilitate engagement through social media management, podcast organization, and promotional activities.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring effective tracking of action items and follow-ups.
