Role Overview

We are in search of a Lead Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile to become an integral part of our dynamic product team. In this role, you will design pivotal experiences that shape Somethings for both teens and mentors.

This position is characterized by high agency, craftsmanship, and significant impact:

You will be responsible for designing mobile experiences that encourage teens to stay engaged, connect authentically, and improve their well-being.

Your role will encompass the entire design process , from research and insights to concepts, prototypes, and the final product delivered to teens.

You will also contribute to the development of AI tools that enhance, rather than replace, human connections, ensuring technology complements the peer relationships foundational to our mission.

This is a player-coach position: you will lead the design vision while actively participating in hands-on product design.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will take full ownership of core missions aligned with our 2026 strategic goals:

1. Create Extraordinary Teen × Mentor Experiences

  • Design mobile interactions that are inviting, secure, efficient, and deeply human.
  • Enhance and refine the native mobile experience to ensure it is enjoyable, dependable, and a pleasure to use.
  • Envision the future of teen-centric mental healthcare tools for mentors and clinical partners , simple, ethical, and trustworthy.
  • Embed emotional intelligence in every interaction, fostering a sense of belonging, confidence, and care beyond mere usability.
