What We're Seeking:

We are on the lookout for a Lead Product Manager who will be instrumental in driving the next phase of Perchwell’s evolution. This strategic position is ideal for an experienced product leader with a track record of steering product development and achieving go-to-market triumphs.

You will collaborate with our executive team to define our product vision and commercialization strategy. Your efforts will help redefine the Perchwell platform for MLS and brokerage clientele across both web and mobile interfaces. Simultaneously, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance our sales processes, develop growth strategies, and boost platform adoption.

This role is perfect for individuals who have successfully delivered impactful B2B or B2C SaaS products, spearheaded go-to-market campaigns, and thrive at the intersection of product innovation, growth, and business strategy. Please note that this position requires working at our New York City office in SoHo four days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a segment of Perchwell’s core platform product strategy, establishing and executing a roadmap that reflects the dynamic needs of MLS and brokerage clients.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to develop innovative, high-impact products across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning and drive market adoption.
