SUMMARY: The Lead Program Trainer is pivotal in collaborating with team members, program supervisors, and cross-functional departments to lead and enhance training initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing education for all agents, thereby maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Additionally, the Lead Program Trainer will play a strategic role in designing, evaluating, and refining training frameworks, overseeing high-impact initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert for both internal stakeholders and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage training operations at the Orlando or OPK site locations, with a requirement to be local to an AssistRx facility.
- Plan and coordinate program training activities, delegating tasks as necessary.
- Monitor the implementation of program features, services, policies, and practices in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Ensure program training remains on schedule.
- Facilitate training communications with team members, senior management, and clients.
- Schedule training-related meetings and events.
- Create and maintain program training presentations.
- Continuously assess existing processes and analyze their effectiveness.
- Review service trends and work collaboratively to prioritize improvements in productivity and efficiency within Patient Solutions.
- Utilize historical program and operational data to identify opportunities, trends, and behaviors, and recommend enhancements or process changes.
- Review staffing model recommendations before presenting to leadership to ensure comprehensive scenarios are considered.
- Guarantee process consistency, workforce optimization, and achievement of performance metrics.
- Assist in developing departmental policies and procedures.
- Lead the design and execution of strategic training initiatives across various programs.
- Evaluate training outcomes using performance metrics, KPIs, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor junior training staff, including Trainers and Training Coordinators, to enhance their instructional skills and subject matter expertise.
