About the Role
As the Lead Recruiter for Global Operations, you will define and implement Bolt's global recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for filling senior and critical roles, enhancing recruitment processes through data-driven insights, mentoring the talent acquisition team, and ensuring a focus on productivity, efficiency, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
