Collaboration with the Platform Owner to define and deliver the ServiceNow roadmap and architectural vision.

This pivotal role will entail taking technical ownership of the design, development, and implementation of intricate ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will possess extensive ServiceNow expertise, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and outstanding stakeholder engagement skills to articulate and execute the ServiceNow vision and roadmap across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and additional modules. This role demands a blend of hands-on technical leadership and architectural oversight, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and business requirements in domain-separated environments.

Collaboration with the Platform Owner will be essential to translate strategy, governance, and architectural direction into actionable technical execution, ensuring that all solutions align with platform standards, design patterns, and long-term objectives.
