Your Role:
The Lead Staff Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a key contributor and subject matter expert within the Business Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in promoting data-driven decision-making across various departments, including Client Services, Finance, Product, Technology, Marketing, People, Legal, and Sales.
In this position, you will engage cross-functionally to gain a thorough understanding of evolving business needs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing insights capabilities, creating impactful presentations, and developing models that facilitate strategic decision-making for senior and executive stakeholders. You will leverage advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights, guide business strategies, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract insights from diverse data sources to inform complex operational decisions, executing and coordinating critical advanced analytics initiatives with clear interpretations of findings relevant to The Trade Desk.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across various business segments, providing actionable insights for leadership.
- Influence leadership by proactively identifying opportunities and assessing potential business risks.
- Develop scalable solutions that deliver essential data-driven insights and decision metrics.
